This past weekend was Iowa’s largest arts and crafts show held at the Iowa State Fair Grounds. There were over 300 different vendors with products varying from wooden furniture to detailed paintings.
One such vendor is Christy Sjoblom, whom paints floral designs on different canvases for decoration.
“This are crafts made by my husband and myself. He’s the builder and I’m the painter” said Sjoblom.
People are able to buy handmade products and interact with the vendor.
“I enjoy that people buy my products and hang them in their homes or give them as gifts” commented Sjoblom.
