The Junk Jubilee hosts two markets per year at the Iowa State Fair Grounds. Even though the name may suggest junk, the jubilee is anything other than junk.
Around 150 vendors from the Midwest have booths at the Junk Jubilee. The items that are sold range from jewelry, refurbished wood, candles and more.
The latest Jubilee took place from November 10-11, perfect timing for the holidays. Shelli Wampler helps sister Miccia Humphrey put together this ultimate vintage experience.
“A lot of the booths, part of their stuff is Christmas stuff, antique stuff, that reminds you of when you were a child and very much puts you in the Christmas Spirit,” Wampler said.
The next Jubilee will take place from April 27-29. Learn more about the Junk Jubilee on their website.
