Christmas recipe: Stuffed salmon is a great main course for the festival

  • Half facet of salmon with pores and skin
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • parsley
  • leek
  • olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Wash the potatoes and quarter them with the pores and skin on.
Place the potato wedges in a baking dish and pour olive oil over them.
Our tip: Of course, bigger items take longer to prepare dinner via, so ensure that the items are the identical dimension.
Season with salt and pepper and bake within the oven for a complete of 45 minutes.
After 25 minutes we add the chopped onions and leeks and put them within the oven for the remaining 20 minutes – combine effectively!
In the meantime, let’s maintain our salmon facet.
Place the salmon facet pores and skin down in entrance of you, reduce the lemon into skinny slices and place them on one half of the salmon.
Also reduce the garlic into skinny slices and place it with the lemons.
Then sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on the salmon facet and shut the salmon.
If you add the onions and leeks to the potatoes, you may as well put the salmon within the oven.
The salmon takes about 20 minutes within the oven.
